Dear Client,

Regarding the issue created with parcels shipped to US clients following the changes in the tariffs, postal and custom processes introduced by the US government which affect all postal and courier carriers:

We inform that on Wednesday 29th of October, 2025, an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors will take place for deciding how we may serve US Clients under the new US rules, as such impose not only a large burden on the pricing of treatments, possibly making necessary a differentiation of prices between clients in the US (higher pricing) and other countries, as well as the payment of customs duties by the seller before shipment and a lengthening of the shipment process through individual postal and customs inspection which may triple delivery times.

In the following days we will let you know how your purchases will be affected. Parcels in queue for delivery will also be either routed by priority mail or refunded.

We apologies for this situation caused by the new US rules and beyond our control.
