Continuous expansion and new facilities completed - Tuesday 24 January, 2012
The second phase for the Automated Production Facility has been completed on January 21 2012. These new facilities together with the Projects and New Technologies Center completed in October 26 2009 and the Center for Studies renewed for housing the Quality Control and the Compliance Control divisions, completed the Amazonas BioTech Park in time for celebrating the New Year of the Water Dragon. We continue expanding our capabilities for researching and producing each day improved solutions for all our clients.

Inauguration of the new facilities - Monday 28 September, 2009
The new Projects and New Technologies Center has received its full compliance certification and will start full operations on October 26. All Research & Development as well as all coordinated projects with other companies and universities will be functioning exclusively there. The old Center for Studies will be renewed during November for accomodating more spaciously the Quality Control and the Compliance Control divisions remaining there.

Receiving your items
All tangible items are shipped as soon as available in order of received orders queue, usually in no less than 5 working days and no more than 10 working days from the date of payment received. During periods of high volume of sales as for example during special price offers or season discount campaigns, shipping may take longer due to overload limits in the packaging and shipping department. The shipping method is usually Global Prime where available or Priority Air Mail Registered.
You will receive a tracking number when your items are shipped. You will find the tracking number in your account at the orders history. Clicking on it will allow you to track and trace your parcel. Copy first the tracking number and once you arrive to the link of Track and Trace, simply enter the number for getting the information on the status of your parcel. Note: Please be aware that some countries postal services have a tracking system which is either incomplete or not updated as it should. The most accurate way to track and trace is through the Postal Services of origin (a link is provided in your account)
